Shipping Policy

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time consists of two phases:

1. Processing time
Within 1–3 business days after placing your order, it will be checked, approved, and packed. The package will then be prepared for shipment.

2. Delivery time
UK: 5–10 business days
Shipping is handled by DHL & POSTNL.

All shipping times exclude potential customs delays.
During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or New Year, deliveries may take longer than usual.
